Students are the clients of the university. They are clients of foodservice providers. If students want to see more local, sustainable, healthy, accessible food on campus, then the university and foodservice provider want to provide it. That doesn’t mean that they know how though, or have the time or resources to figure it out. Beyond just asking for changes to food on campus, students have the power to help make those changes happen.
Studentfood.ca is here to help students in this work, whether they’re just about to get started, or already experienced leaders.
